WHY ALERT US?

The purpose of the alerts is to keep your account updated to avoid delays and make it easier to identify your packages when they arrive at our facilities in Miami. With the information you give us in the alerts, we can identify your packages by the tracking number of origin (UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc.), even when they have not been received.














Warehouse


1. Download the commercial invoice to your computer, from the "order history" of the store (Amazon, Target, Ebay, etc)


2. Upload the invoice in JPG, JPEG, PNG or PDF format. The maximum size is 2MB.



3. Finish the shipping process on your invoice by clicking on "continue".
